Hotel Thb Flora, Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

The hotel is perched on a steep hill above the harbour, offering stunning views and a quiet retreat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with a terrace, but the lack of a free kettle slightly hampers the comfort. The staff, from the cleaners to management, are exceptionally helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is located almost at the top of the hill overlooking the marina, offering a convenient and picturesque setting. The rooms are kept clean with good facilities, featuring a fridge even in the suite, and clean towels. The service, from the cleaners to management, is of very helpful assistance, making my stay truly enjoyable. However, the dining options could be more varied, and there are some additional charges for certain services.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, right at the top of a hill overlooking the marina and just a stone's throw away from the main beachfront restaurants. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff, from the manager to the restaurant and domestic teams, were unbelievably helpful. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired. Overall, a fantastic value for money experience.
